At House of Chikankari, we strive to ensure your handcrafted garments fit perfectly; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items with original tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is folded neatly in its original packaging; our team will review your request and approve it based on the item's condition.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your doorstep within 48-72 hours through our trusted courier partners.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size immediately.
